The Westchester Triathlon Training Programs and Rides
JackRabbit training programs are now available for an entry and a full training program.Manhattan/Central Park Program, this twelve week program is a great start for fit beginners but if you have some tri experience we’ll help you set a new PR. Our twice weekly workouts (Thursday & Sundays) will be a combination of run, bike and bricks workouts. Improved pacing, increased endurance and strength and transitioning will be the overriding focus of this program. We’ll also head out to Brighton Beach for some Open Water training. Harriman State Park Program, this 12 week program takes place in Beautiful Harriman State Park where you will have the opportunity to ride, run and swim in the open water at EVERY practice. The program meets on Sundays beginning May 31st and goes right up to and including race day on September 26th. Upcoming Ride Dates: Will be September 5th, 12th and 19th
All rides begin promptly at 8am from the Playland parking lot at the end of Playland Parkway, in Rye, NY. Please arrive 15-20min early to sign waivers and to be broken up into groups.
We will provide mechanical services and ride support for each ride.

Another resource is the Check List, which is a list of the items you?ll need for race day. Be sure to print and pack it when you?re travelling for a race.
