How do i train for an olympic distance? i have done a few sprints is this too long for me?

Hi Tonto, you have plenty of time to train for an Olympic. Click on the Training Plans. I have posted a Free Plan for Newbies and advanced triathletes which I will be updating every 4 weeks. Time based and easy to follow. Ray
